Dr Rishabh Hegde completed his undergraduate MBBS medical training at SDM College of Medical Sciences & Hospital, building a strong foundation in clinical medicine and surgical sciences.

He then pursued his Masters in Surgery in Orthopaedics at A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences, with comprehensive training in trauma, arthroscopy, joint reconstruction, and musculoskeletal disorders followed by getting the FAGE certification from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, reflecting advanced academic excellence and clinical competence.

He completed the internationally recognized Diploma in Football Medicine by FIFA, gaining specialised expertise in sports injuries, athlete care, and performance medicine.

Advanced Training in Upper Limb Surgeries
Received focused training in complex shoulder and upper limb arthroscopy under Dr Ali Noorani and complex elbow surgeries and arthroscopy with Dr Roger van Riet at HSSH, London.

Further refined expertise in advanced wrist surgery and arthroscopy under the mentorship of Dr Onur Berber, with focus on minimally invasive and reconstructive upper limb procedures.

Advanced Training in Knee Surgeries
Underwent training with Dr Jehangir Mahaluxmiwala in the famous “Harlow Way” of knee replacements at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust and Rivers hospital, with emphasis on precision-driven arthroplasty techniques and enhanced patient recovery.

He also shadowed Dr Raghbir Khakha at Harley Street Specialist Hospital to focus on arthroscopic knee and trauma procedures
